Prior to the expiry of a fixed term tenancy, we will provide you with our recommendations including but not limited to

As part of the Lease Agreement, rent is always payable in advance via our various payment methods (Credit/Debit, Check, Cash, Venmo, ACH, Direct Deposit, & More!).

When properties are inspected quarterly, we will review
- The general condition of the property
- The manner in which the tenants are maintaining the property
- Any repair or maintenance required now or in the foreseeable future
ARRANGE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
Our maintenance department is comprised of a handful of service techs, two dispatchers and a 24/7 service hotline. The goal is to keep all repairs to a minimum and the best way for us to monitor cost is to have in house technicians.
Repairs are attended to promptly. If the technician that attends a repair cannot fix the issue, a licensed vendor is dispatched to the home to fix the problem. All outside vendors go through a background check, insurance verification, and on occasion, a workman’s comp evaluation.
PAYMENTS AND STATEMENTS
Owner packages are distributed monthly which can be customized to your preference. The net rent is paid directly to the owner via ACH in accordance with the monthly statement amount.
